Travel Demand Model Conversion Tool

The Travel Demand Model Conversion tool is being constructed by Environ under contract to the Midwest RPO. The purpose of this tool is to create a relatively simple tool to convert travel demand model output into a form that is directly usable by CONCEPT. The tool will read in Shapefiles of links and Traffic Analysis Zones(TAZs). It create RPO Data Exchange Protocol motor vehicle files. The tool should be flexible to other networks. The current project will include the importation of common formats generated by TP+, Transcad, EMME2, and AADT count based networks. LADCO currently plans to incorporate 21 networks in the midwest.
